Eine sehe sehr zentrale Lage, dabei trotzdem ruhig, eine super Ausstattung, alles, was "das Herz begehrt" und eine kühle Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank 👍👌🇨🇵😊
Der "Aufstieg" in die 3. Etage ist mit Koffer nach einem langen Tag der Anreise doch eine Herausforderung... war aber ja klar 😉

La situation géographique au cour de la ville est exceptionelle !
Il n’y a aucune vue sur la ville, les fenêtres donnant sur des petites cours intérieures mais cela contribue au calme de l’appartement.il faut noter également le troisième étage sans ascenseur.

Location, spacious and comfortable
The only negative comment I have is that there is no view when you open the windows, but on the other hand that contributes to the relative quietness of the apartment

The apartment is centrally located and was clean.
Our stay was marred by several issues that made it uncomfortable and difficult to recommend. Upon arrival, we discovered that while there were four pillows as previously indicated, two of them lacked pillowcases. The bed itself was uncomfortable, and the towels provided were quite rough. Additionally, the layout felt awkward, with the toilet located with the washer and separated from the shower and sinks.
During our August stay, the lack of adequate cooling was a major drawback; the air conditioning was restricted to the living room and kitchen area and failed to reach the bedroom, leaving the temperature uncomfortable for sleeping. We also encountered communication gaps, as the host requested that we take our trash with us upon departure but failed to provide any instructions on where to dispose of it.
The building and access features presented further challenges. The unit is located on the third floor, but the apartment itself lacked clear numbering to identify it, and an exterior surveillance sticker near the entrance felt unusual. Furthermore, there are no handrails on the stairs past the first floor. Given these stairs, the absence of bedroom cooling, and general comfort issues, guests with heavy luggage, accessibility needs, or anyone who is not physically fit should strongly consider staying elsewhere.
