Not returning and that’s best sum up the experience.

Clean and location

1.Very bad sewer smell from the bathroom 2. Very small bathroom 3. Need to be extra cautious crossing the high bath tub to take shower. Extra dangerous for elderly. 4. Very soft bed 5. No mention of the high stairs in the description ( flat D is on the 4th floor) 6. Very hot room during heatwave and windows can’t even open all the way 7. Only supplied 2 small rolls of cheap toilet paper doing our four nights of stay and NO more after that.

Genuinely nothing

Where to start. This place is 3 flights of stairs up so the absolute HOT BOX it was when we got in- no fans. Had to call and then was told to only message. Sent a message through about where to get fans and was told to go to a storage room downstairs which had 4 broken fans in there that we had to make do. Note none of the 2 windows open entirely only on one side so not enough flowing air coming through. The temperature gauge on the wall remained at a minimum of 30 degrees our entire stay. The table in the lounge with the glass top is not glued down and so my child got her fingers caught between the metal and the glass of this table. Not safe! The floor was not cleaned and dust bunnies were everywhere. Third day in the fridge and freezer broke down and we lost over £150 pounds of food we had stocked up as we were travelling with our 2 year old. It was then a complete debacle asking to get this replaced at 830am. With poor and no communication from the place and on the hottest day recorded in London in 80 years, at 3pm with still no action, we decided to pack up and leave and seek accommodation elsewhere. I was then receiving text messages that conflicted the messages I was receiving through booking.com about the fridge was replaced but then no it was just looked at and a technician was coming the next day. Again travelling with a toddler is exactly why we were staying where there were amenities for our family. We asked for a partial refund for the last two nights and some money towards the spoiled food. This place flat out refused and booking.com gave us a a travel credit because of the situation. Unless you are going here in winter where it MIGHT be more appropriate I still would not stay here.

el apartamento era bastante amplio y confortable para tres. y estaba cerca de medios de transporte.

Hacía muchísimo calor. Tenía sólo un ventilador . Nos costó entender el mecanismo de la apertura de las ventanas. El anfitrión no constestaba rápidamente y las solicitudes quedaban en la nada. Faltaba vajilla. No es buena la relación precio/calidad.
