The location is everything.
The apartment is currently in poor condition and needs serious maintenance. The entrance door handle was almost completely detached, and also the toilet seat. The furniture is also very worn out. The dining chairs are old, and the bed frame is too low with a mattress so soft that it hurts your back. Additionally, the cooking equipment was too old and dirty to use comfortably. I cannot recommend staying here until management replaces these items. As this flat is located on 1st floor, you also should be fully aware of noise issues from the neighbors upstairs.

How close it was to the station . Was surprised how quiet the outside was at night .
The bed . It was too low for us to get up off . Also the mattress wasn’t very good either.

Washing Machine was faulty and wasnt fixed even after i made several request.
Location was too noisy. Directly in the street of a market.
Safety deposit not yet retuened even after 7 days as they claimed
