The location of this apartment was well within walking distance of the Coliseum and the Stazione Termini. It was very clean and the bath and bed linens were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Even the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host had many little touches that made our stay very pleasant, like coffee pods, extra pillows and blankets as well as slippers and toothbrushes... which I greatly appreciated having forgotten mine.
The ONLY reason that I could not give overall perfect rating was the plumbing. The toilet would not flush. In the beginning if you held the button for a couple of minutes, enough water would drain from the tank to flush the toilet. Eventually that quit working. I tried to fix it but the tank was mounted at ceiling level and I could not reach inside of it even with a step ladder. The host was very helpful and came immediately the first night. He told me that the toilet had always flushed. But later, after he left, when we tried to use the toilet again, it would not flush. When I advised our host and he told me that he was unable to get a plumber to come out. So we spent our entire stay filling the mop bucket in the sink to flush the toilet. While it was not the end of the world it certainly wasn't what we planned for or expected for our money. I am quite sure that the problem will be fixed before anyone else stays but ... I felt people should be aware

L'appartement est bien situé, proche du colisée et de restaurants, mais en retrait donc très tranquille. La cuisine est bien équipée et l'appartement est très propre.

The apartment was brilliant! Just round the corner from the Colloseum and the Metro, making it a brilliant place to base your Roman adventure. Edward was extremely helpful and always available for any questions we had. Would recommend staying here for your next trip to Rome.
Shower cubicle was a bit small.
