I lost my wallet and only realized it the next day. Thankfully, the hotel staff kept it safe, and everything was still there cash cards everything! Really appreciate the honesty and good service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, Thank you Luminor! 😇🤩

Location was easy to access restaurants and shops, rooftop pool was beautiful.
Bathroom was too small and felt like on a ship, noise from adjacent rooms and breakfast food was limited.

Lovely staff, great location. Reception area and outside outstanding
The ceiling light went out and did not turn back on. Couldn’t phone reception as the room telephone didn’t work. The room safe didn’t lock even though the power was on. I asked reception to send a service person to come look and no one ever came up.
Bathroom vanity was not wiped down and water stained. Shower doors clouded with built up soap scum and grimy in the cornices. Floor was very sticky from built up grime (you could see the grime in the floorboard crevices).
