This is a superb property! Large rooms, well equipped with quality furnishings. Location is fantastic. Unfortunately the noise from traffic is horrendous! This can be easily resolved by management installing double-glazed glass in all street windows.
There is no site support. I had to ask each time we required staff attendance on site.
Whilst appearing clean, the rooms are superficially clean like many in Bali and require deep cleaning after each occupation.
Due to a blocked drain, water didn’t drain away quickly and debris remained around the edges which wasn’t cleaned away properly on a regular basis. We cleared the drain easily but this should be done by staff!
The stairs were a challenge due to age and injury!

De locatie was prima, je liep overal makkelijk naartoe. Het was een ruime kamer met een goed bed.
Het ontvangst en verdere communicatie was erg onpersoonlijk. Na het douchen liep ik op blote voeten door de kamer en waren mijn voeten helemaal zwart. Wat vlekken in de lakens. Door de centrale liggen was er erg veel herrie. De scooters leken bijna in je kamer te rijden. Met oordoppen in geslapen. Het kussen van het edje bij het zwembad zat helemaal onder de vlekken. Een plek met potentie, maar helaas niet wat we gehoopt hadden.
