La ubicación es en pleno centro de Bs As. Estábamos a 4 cuadras del obelisco, tenemos todo cerca. Alejandro, el anfitrión, siempre estuvo muy atento y predispuesto a atender todas nuestras dudas, eso es un plus importante también!

Great location - perfect location in the heart of the theatre district of BA easily walkable and via public transportation.
Had everything we needed, TV, washing machine, warm shower, little kitchenette, washing machine.
Poor communication from the host and inappropriate conduct organising payment. Host was messaging me via WhatsApp a few days prior to arrival, asking the time we will arrive to the apartment and asking cash only - yet it never stated this on his booking.com page, so was unprepared, and were faced with international ATM limits.
Upon arrival, were met by a stranger at the property who gave us the keys but didn’t know anything about payment. The host then messaged me stating I can transfer to his bank account to transfer to instead, but I had to navigate further problems with this due to language barriers and international payment barriers. The host then began calling me at all hours of the day including MIDNIGHT, which is highly inappropriate.
If you plan to stay here make sure you have withdrawn USD or Argentinian Pesos in advance.
Overall the place was okay, but was put off by the conduct of the host. I hope in future he can sort out this bank account / payment system for international guests better next time.
