Wir haben über 1 Monat hier gewohnt und es sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist gross, hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und eine Waschmaschine. Es war sauber und Zwischenreinigungen sind nach Absprache jederzeit möglich und waren inbegriffen. Die Lage ist ausserhalb des Zentrums in den Reisfeldern, wir genossen die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Altstadt als auch zum Strand. Restaurants und Cafés in der näheren Umgebung. Internet ist schnell und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos. Ich kann die Wohnung auch für längere Aufenthalte absolut empfehlen.
In Hoi An wird eigentlich überall gebaut, also war es manchal etwas lärmig. Es war aber kein grosses Problem. Die auch nachts krähenden Hähne hört man mit der Zeit auch nicht mehr :-)

Amazing location by the rice fields. Such a gorgeous house with great value for money - clean with lovely outdoor areas, such a peaceful stay just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Not too far out either, an easy and beautiful 25 min walk into town through the rice fields. Thuong was a wonderful host, and helped us with everything we needed, also offering lots of cleaning throughout our two week stay. A favourite in Vietnam, definitely stay here if you’re visiting Hoi An.
