The hospitaly was outstanding. The help and service i got from the owner couple was amazing.
You must realise that this is a small island. And that the standard that we from Europe and other countries are used to is another standard. You can expect the same standard, but im very pleased with the hotel and the staff.

島へ行くスピードボートの予約を相談したら手配していただけたり、メッセージに迅速かつ丁寧にお返事をいただけてよかったです。うっかり部屋にノートパソコンを置き忘れてホイアンに帰ってしまったのですが、知り合いの方を通じてパソコンだけ3時間後のボートで届けてくれました。本当に感謝しています！出かける時にミネラルウォーターをプレゼントしてくださったり、帰ってきた時にスイカとお茶をサービスしてくださったり、温かいサービスでとてもリラックスして過ごせました。
仕方がないのかもしれませんか、夜部屋は暑かったです。
