In a good location very short walk to the eating places and entertainment. We didn't use the entertainment facilities as we were there with our dog. There are 3 or 4 takeaway huts and I can recommend the fish and chips. Two of the huts were only open on alternate nights or open till 6pm as being September the site was nowhere near full. Only there for 3 nights so not a problem. The middle section of the beach opposite the entertainment area is closed to dogs till the end of September. You're not even supposed to walk your dog to the two other beaches either side. So to reach them, we had to walk through the site. We also drove to East beach in Selsey and walked along a sort of promenade there. Much better. As for the caravan, it was clean and beds were comfortable. As far as the kitchen facilities were concerned, we didn't cook so unable to comment on the hob/oven. Seemed to have all the cutlery/china/glasses/equipment etc. that one would need if cooking. Living room area spacious enough for two of us with dog. We liked having the lockable gate by the seating area outside so you can keep the caravan door open if the weather is good. Our dog sat out there while we were washing up. All in all a good enough experience and now we know that we can take our dog away again and for longer.
We did have a problem with the boiler during our stay. The hot water didn't always come through automatically and we had to keep resetting the boiler which wasn't a big problem. If we had stayed any longer we would have asked for the engineer but reported it at the end instead.

Location good
Bathroom blind wasnt attached correctly and fell down. Shower hose wouldn’t stay up. Wasnt enough pans for 7 and some dirty cups and baking dish
