Absolutely fantastic communication from the host.
We were a family of four on a road trip, so the Underground secure car park was perfect for our needs, with the added bonus of the apartment location being ideal for trams and buses with direct links to the centre of Turin. No need for a car.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. A very good size, with high ceilings and excellent facilities. Air conditioning made the stay even more relaxing (it was HOT outside).
All in all, a perfect base for exploring Turin, with top customer service.

L'appartement est grand. 1er étage avec ascenseur. L'emplacement est pratique. À quelques arrêts de bus ( n 64) du centre. Quartier calme. La place de parking à 5 minutes à pied est tres pratique.Très bonne communication avec les hôtes.

Il check avviene per mezzo di una keybox e non con personale in struttura come indicato nell' annuncio, cosa scorretta e fuorviante. La keybox è molto lontano dall' appartamento e in posizione difficile da trovare e nascosta, in strada ad altezza cane e sporca. Per trovarla non vengono fornite sufficienti informazioni ma un video con cui è difficile orientarsi. Le informazioni sono state date molto tardi e in modo confuso. Il contatto fornito non era reperibile telefonicamente per fornire indicazioni. In casa un po' di trascuratezza: una pianta marcia e alimenti avviati.
