The place was very well placed , in a beautiful building and with direct access to the city center just in 8 or 10mins .
It was also amazingly clean. Nothing to add on that
The pictures reflect the apartment.
I will recommend it totally.
My only issue was that no Fan or AC were available, with 31 till 32 degrees during the 4 days that we spent , it was difficult and we had to sleep with open windows so all the noise from the street was in our ears.
Also there is no coffee machine, or Electric kettle or microwave. Everything has to done with gaz and for a full family coming for holidays we don’t have time to always turn the gaz and cook.

Appartamento pulito, grande, confortevole, silenziosissimo, completamente ristrutturato. Posto all'interno di un palazzo elegante e in un quartiere strategico per servizi e distanze. Damiano è stato disponibile e davvero gentile, lasciandoci l'apt oltre l'orario di checkout. Torneremo.
Banalmente sono i dettagli, quelli che mancano a rendere meno fredda l'accoglienza a distanza: una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo all'arrivo, un kit di tovagliette per la colazione, un paio di strofinacci per la cucina, un sottopentola per appoggiare sul tavolo la caffettiera, la luce nello specchio del bagno...Non è una critica, ma un piccolo suggerimento per essere perfetti

L’emplacement à proximité du tramway.
Compliqué pour accéder au logement, interphone à distance qui ne fonctionnait pas et le propriétaire n’avait pas de solution, nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un entre ou sorte de l’immeuble. Avant d’avoir le propriétaire au téléphone, j’ai eu une personne qui m’a fait répéter 4 fois mon nom de famille car il ne trouvait pas la réservation et manifestement doutait que j’ai bien réservé.
Nous avons dû trouver une solution par nous même et le propriétaire nous a jamais recontacté pour savoir si nous avions réussi à entrer dans le logement. Bref communication assez compliquée.
Il n’y a pas de torchons, les équipements sont minimales. Aucune information sur le wifi.
Le four et l’intérieur des placards étaient sales
Une lampe ne fonctionnait pas.
