Comfortable, clean, big room. Great location, close to castle and gardens for a nice walk. Big selection of food and great view during breakfast
It was a bit of a walk to good restaurants at night. In hindsight I wished I selected castle view not river view… we had a room that had river views but was blocked by an outside wall so restricted the view

Clean, good location, good food, spacious rooms
They could offer transfer by shuttle bus to the airport. But they don’t have their own shuttle bus. Also late check-out could be at 13:00, not 11:30. It takes max 30 min to clean the room…

Very comfortable hotel with a large room. The view of the castle was lovely and the breakfast was good. Justin from the front desk provided exceptional service.
Location, it’s in a much quieter part of town with not much super close by.

Fell in love with this property from the moment I walked through the door. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade they offered to castle view rooms. Will definitely book those rooms next time. The breakfast manager was incredibly friendly, checking in with everyone and giving them hand-written thank you notes. Very calming decor throughout.
The breakfast buffet may be understaffed. It was a mess with food everywhere.
