Comfort in pretty and convenient location

Very comfortable well-equipped apartment in the pretty old part of Gengenbach close to the station and many restaurants. Most accommodating owner who went out of her way for us.

No lift so have to negotiate 2 flights of stairs with suitcases. But it's worth it if you can!

Spot on location in centre of Old Town.

Great location and good accomodation only 200 meres from Christmas markets.

Black mould in the shower. Grout needs a good clean and silastic along drain needs replacing.

Excellent pied a terre in the Black Forest

Very clean! Nicely furnished. Great location. Close to train and city center. Bakery and small market nearby. Heating worked well. Shower was great. Kitchen and appliances very clean and ready to use. Hosts left some coffee - thanks!!! Only thing missing was shampoo/bodywash, but there was hand soap and don’t know if all places have shampoo in Europe. Appreciated towel warmer for this colder fall season. Used free Konus card for some transportation to Vogtsbauernhof, so came in handy

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location

The location was fantastic. Gengenbach is a beautiful vibrant town and a great base for visiting all across the Black Forest. The apartment is on the third floor of a town house and it was lovely and spacious and well appointed. We dined in for three nights of our stay and the other two we had delicious good value meals in local restaurants. We didn’t have a car so used the trains throughout which were excellent.

We didn’t use the TV as it only had German channels but the wifi was very good so we watched Netflix on our laptop which worked fine.

Absolutamente todo. El departamento está ubicado en pleno casco histórico. Las instalaciones son excelentes. Todo nuevo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Los anfitriones fueron súper amables. Es genial llegar u tener agua, café, té, artículos para cocinar como aceite, sal, pimienta. El departamento es super cómodo para 4 personas. Me encantaría volver y quedarme más tiempo.
