The apartment (1st floor, 66 m²) accommodates up to 4 guests and a baby or toddler. A crib and high chair are provided free of charge. "Onkel Franz" features 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a pull-out sofa, 1 bathroom with underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Amenities include electric blackout blinds, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video-on-demand, and 2 fans.
One medium-sized dog or two small dogs are welcome, but must be requested in advance. The private garden area can be shared for playing with your dog. A daily fee applies for pets and will be provided on request.
The pull-out sofa sleeps 1 adult or 2 children; for shorter stays, 2 adults. An extra bed is available if needed.
