About this apartment rental
Discover your beachfront paradise in Panama City Beach! This 11th floor condo sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Filled with beachy decor, a peaceful vibe, and stunning ocean views throughout the the entire unit! Located directly on the beach, you're steps away from white sands and turquoise waters. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the deck or spend the day on the beach! Whatever you choose, it's the perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation and the ultimate beach experience.
Condo has been fully remodeled with two-bedrooms and one-bathroom, sleeps up to 6. The open concept living room is complete with a plush sofa sleeper that provides a great place to snuggle up and watch TV. The first bedroom is equipped with a plush queen bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom features a cozy bunk bed and dresser. The full bathroom is conveniently located off the living room and main bedroom and features a large vanity, a tub/shower, and plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is just off the kitchen and provides seating for four. The outdoor patio is complete with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
This rental also offers access to three resort pools, an exercise room, and direct beach access. Each resort pool offers a unique experience, from the heated pool to the pool with stunning views. The exercise room has a variety of equipment for a complete workout. And of course, the beach is just steps away.
Other things to note:
Upon your arrival be sure to visit the office and purchase your wristbands ($6 per guest) these should be worn at all times while on property. If you have a car you'll also need to purchase a parking pass for your stay ($30). You'll want to hang this in your car while parked onsite.

This is our second time staying in Meghan’s condo for our mother/daughter trip. Everything is beautifully decorated and has the feeling of home. I would highly recommend Megan‘s condo for your next trip to PCB. You won’t be disappointed!

The stay here was amazing. There were toys for the kids to play with on the beach, beach chairs and more. Perfect size for a small family! We would definitely stay here again!
