About this apartment rental
Newer house with modern style separate "mother-in-law" type attached to the house apartment having separate private entrances. See diagram in picture area. Set on 2.5 acres. 2 barbed wire fenced lot as we live in a rural area bout 5 minutes from the city of Farmington. 1 car attached garage for guests. Open concept kitchen/living room area. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Entire unit is approximately 1,500 sq. feet. Primary bedroom's bath has walk in jetted tub with separate shower, queen bed, Dish satellite system feeds 60" screen TV in the primary bedroom, living room has 65" curved OLED TV and a 32" flat screen TV in guest bedroom. Full guest room bath. Twin top and full bottom bunk bed with additional pull-out twin trundle bed. Living room sofa/futon can be used as a twin bed. Kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, large double door refrigerator, separate pull out cooling drawer, pull out freezer drawer and ice maker/ cold water dispenser. Dishes, small appliances (electric can opener, air fryer, coffee maker. etc. Cooking seasonings, butter, coffee, several types of teas, etc. supplied. Microwave and pots, pans supplied. Large screened in attached porch opens to a gated fenced in-ground swimming pool that is constant kid-friendly 54 inches deep. Porch has ceiling accent lights, ceiling fan and large screen TV using over the air antenna providing about 20 available channels. Pool open late spring to early fall, as always, weather permitting. Pool has a passive solar water heater to assist in keeping the pool open longer than typical in our area. Always check with us first if pool will be open for your stay. Only 5 minutes to Farmington with Starbucks, McDonalds, Wendy's Dairy Queen, Walmart Neighborhood Market and many other restaurants and amenities. Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas is only 10 minutes away. Crystal Bridges art museum, Walmart world headquarters, Amuseum children's museum within 15 miles. Numerous historical and tourist sites nearby. Excellent restaurants and eateries very close as well as in the area.

Rich and Carol were so nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the pool. It was cleaned daily, a comfortable temperature, and private. The apartment was beautiful and they went to great lengths to make sure I had all of the information I would need to operate all the appliances and jetted tub. Didn’t get a chance to check out the game room but will definitely be returning!

Rich and Carol were incredibly hospitable. They’ve thought of everything you may need. Conveniently located if heading to Fayetteville. We enjoyed our stay!
