One of the home's biggest highlights is the private backyard setting. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool or patio, the screened pool area backs to peaceful conservation. With no rear neighbors, your family can enjoy a more relaxing outdoor atmosphere throughout the stay.

The private south-facing screened pool is ideal for making the most of the Florida sunshine. Start the morning with coffee on the lanai, spend an afternoon swimming between theme park days, or return home after Disney for a relaxing evening beside the water.

The spacious screened lanai and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room to gather while enjoying the conservation setting. The adjoining spa offers another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
