Everything!
Small hassle with door code and accessing directions for hot tub anywhere in the home and the properties app never updated to where I could access it there. We managed to figure it out our second night so was okay

The size was perfect for our family to be in one space and have the ability to be together. Plenty of beds and having two separate areas - upstairs 4-bdrm home and downstairs 1-bdrm apartment - had plenty of sleeping spaces and couch space for everyone.
The cleanliness was subpar and needed more attention to the details. We followed what looked like the previous guests must have had a party and created extra work for the cleaning crew and the trash was abundant proving the party group. We had to wait for extra time for the cleaning crew to finish before checking in and it was apparent they were rushed. Several items were not done. Some items need to be updated - grill is rusted and some utensils are missing (spoons) and salt/pepper included in the spice rack area. Including a fan for each bedroom would help too. Two hand towels for each dual vanity area would be nice too.
