位置不错，深入居民区，静谧有格调。周边2km内有各种大型商场、超市、餐饮店，尤其是香港人聚居的华人区，有非常正宗且便宜的粤菜。房子很大，厨房设施齐全，沐浴热水充沛，卫生维持良好。房东很亲切，帮我们解决订单扣费的问题，
客厅大哥一直在看电视，也不出门，致使我们无法使用客厅公共空间，不过这个也没关系，他人非常友善。在我们入住后的最后一天，其中一个房间住了三个人，客厅住了一个人，总共四个人。第二天一早我们要赶往车站离开墨尔本，6个人抢一个厕所，很不方便。我认为还是要控制一下同期入住人数，否则入住体验不太好。建议增加厨房用纸，否则很浪费厕所用纸。

Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Wohnbereich und eine große Küche. Wir könnten ohne zusätzliche Kosten unsere Wäsche waschen und das alles zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.
Die Außenanlage war nicht wie erwartet. Und in unserem Bad war ein kaputtes Lüftungsgitter im Boden. Das Loch war dreckig, es kann etwas hereinfallen und man kann sich verletzen. Das muss repariert werden.

La chambre, la cuisine et le salon étaient grands.
La penderie de la chambre est parfaite pour 2 personnes.
La lumière centrale de la cuisine ne marchait pas et une lumière sur deux marchait dans la salle de bain, et prises non fonctionnelles.
Autre gros problème :
Nous avions réservés une semaines à l'avance, afin d'y rester deux semaines. Sauf que le jour même de notre arrivé, l'hôte nous a informé que nous pouvions que venir dans 2 jours (problème dû a Booking apparemment). Alors que notre réservation avait été confirmé une semaine à l'avance. Nous avons appelé Booking pour avoir une mini compensation, car l'hôte n'était pas très empathique, et mettait 1/2 jours pour répondre aux messages.
