Siituado muy cerca de Playa Canteras, con servicios a pocos minutos (supermercados, panaderías, restaurantes...)
Vistas espectaculares!! El piso está superbien equipado, no le falta ni un detalle. Luís fue super amable y dispuesto a cualquier consulta y recomendación.
Sin duda recomendamos este apartamento, muy bien decorado y limpieza impecable.

Espectacular en todos los sentidos. Luis es el perfecto anfitrión, comunicación, flexibilidad, facilidades, todo… El apartamento es perfecto, vistas espectaculares, limpieza, mobiliario, comodidad, ubicación, no le falta absolutamente de nada.
Sinceramente, inmejorable, hemos estado súper a gusto y por supuesto volveremos.

Alles ist hier hervorragend.
- Die Lage der Wohnung in der 14. Etage – mit Balkon zum Süden und Blick über die Stadt und dem Strand (nach links) sowie dem Hafen (nach rechts). Der Strand und der Hafen sind jeweils nur wenige 100m entfernt.
- Der regelrecht üppige Umfang sowie die ganz und gar beeindruckende Qualität der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Auch hat man sehr viel Stauraum (Kleiderschränke). Die Küche ist komplett mit hochwertiger Technik und mit mehr Besteck/Geschirr ausgerüstet, als wir jemals gebraucht hätten.
- Hinzu kommt die makellose die Sauberkeit.
- Wir waren und sind äußerst zufrieden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei und schnell. Die Wohnungsübergabe komplikationslos. Alles hat auf Anhieb geklappt. Diese Wohnung ist ohne jede Einschränkung zu empfehlen.
