This idyllic cottage with a garden overlooking the valley promises mesmerizing sunsets. It is perfectly located for exploring the treasures of the region and serves as an excellent base for day trips to famous sites such as Pont du Gard, Gorges de l'Ardèche and several medieval villages. The vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting bedroom on the first floor with access to the garden and a cozy living room on the second floor. The second floor, in attic style, has two charming bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. Outside, the property invites you to relax with its extensive wooded area and a boules court. The private heated pool with sun loungers and parasols offers a refreshing respite. A terrace with barbecue and table for al fresco dining completes the inviting outdoor area. The vacation apartment is located in the heart of the small village of Avéjan in the Gard in Provence. All stores in Barjac (7 km).
