The cottage was cute and quirky in a quiet road. We arrived early so got a parking space. Very handy for walking into the main part of York. Clean and tidy, the landlord was really approachable, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We were spoiled by the landlord as tea, coffee & treats were supplied.

Comfortable, quirky and charming. Bath in the bedroom, vinyl player and a selection of vinyl, music memorabilia and reading materials just to name a few touches. Everything clean and crisp white bedding. Also fridge stocked with water, milk and tea and coffee provided. Fans in bedrooms which were very much appreciated. The owner is delightful and helpful. Even offered to collect our son from the centre, bring him to the cottage to shower and then drop us back To meet family. Above and beyond!
