We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hotel’s excellent location. The beach is literally just across the road, which was incredibly convenient when travelling with a child.
The beach itself was lovely, with a pleasant seabed, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, all available free of charge for hotel guests. We also really appreciated being able to order drinks directly at the beach. The pool area was very nice as well and made it easy to alternate between the beach and the hotel during the day.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping. The housekeeping staff deserve a special mention — they were always friendly and attentive, regularly asking whether everything was fine and whether we needed anything.
Almost all of the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is also very convenient for families, with attractions such as Dino Land and the aquarium nearby.
Overall, the combination of the beach just steps away, the pool, the comfortable room and the convenient location made our stay very enjoyable.
The main issue was the air conditioning in the room. It did not cool the room sufficiently, and it became quite hot, especially during the night.
There was also one staff member working in the breakfast area whose manner toward guests felt noticeably cold and unwelcoming. I would like to stress that she did her job very efficiently — she worked quickly, made sure the food was replenished and cleared the tables well. However, her attitude sometimes made us feel uncomfortable, particularly because the contrast with the friendliness of the other staff was quite noticeable.
A warmer and more welcoming manner would have made the overall experience even better.

La plage privée avec les transats, la superficie du logement avec la clim et aucun vis à vis avec les autres voyageurs. Relativement calme la semaine, un peu moins le week-end.
Juste petit bémol, la wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans les logements et le petit-déjeuner manque de variétés.
