House cleaning didnt come the following day. My bins were full and needed to be replaced

The location and the fact that there was a mini mart and restaurant within close proximity.
The fact that when I encountered a problem I was told to contact the property owner. As far as I was concerned I book a studio apartment from kass Towers and not a third party. On arrival that was when I learnt that it was a rental from a third party . Twice we experienced no internet and I called the reception . I was told to contact the owner and how was that possible when there was no internet access from the room. I had to come down to the reception to connect to the WIFI. Truth be told, the owner’s response time was quick and the issue was resolved .

It was clean.
I didn’t like the feel of the lobby. The security was a bit much for me.

I did like security features. They had facial recognition to enter and to use the elevator. I also liked the thick metal doors. There was a restaurant and grocery store attached to the building.
The room I was given was not up to my standards in terms of cleanliness. There were no wash cloths. The towels were hard and crunchy. I believe it’s because they were washed and air dried. The bedding didn’t look fresh and there were some stains on furniture. The shower was not cleaned, I seen some mold. I will post some pics. I did see a door opened to another room and it looked clean and nice. I also feel like the room was not the exact same one as in the photos. The setup was the same but it was different.
