This place is in a great location that makes it easy to walk to just about everything you'll wish to see in Rome. It's exactly as pictured and having access to a washing machine was a nice perk.
While this unit is in a great location in terms of getting to and from places it's a noisy area and there's very little sound dampening. We could hear dishes clanking at the restaurant close by and voices carry right up to the living area. I also didn't love that there's only a keypad and no lock on the door that allows you to bolt it closed. One evening there were people in the ally who were making out right against the door and I didn't feel safe knowing I had no option to bolt the door closed from the inside.
The first impression is nice when you walk in but the loft could use a deep clean. There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom, despite it looking clean enough at a glance, and there's a very strong diffuser that I'm guessing is masking other odors in the unit. The air conditioner works but wasn't terribly strong so the unit was never comfortably cool for sleeping.
The mattress was comfortable but the pillows had a musty smell and the bed itself is difficult to get in and out of on the side near the windows due to the sloped ceiling.
I'd also advise against using the provided coffee marker as the water tank indicated it hasn't been cleaned in some time.
I wanted so much to love this place but given the chance to do things over I wouldn't stay here.

Soggiorno semplicemente eccezionale! L’appartamento è bellissimo, pulito e molto accogliente. Mi sono sentita davvero benissimo.

Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie bei den Bildern. Sie ist super modern und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Was man auf den Bildern nicht erkennt ist, dass es eine Eingangstür gibt und man dann über eine Treppe in die Wohnung kommt. Bad und Wohnfläche sind ebenerdig. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass es lediglich einen Zahlencode für den Zugang gibt. Man steht dann direkt in der Wohnung. Die Tür ist auch nicht die solideste die es gibt. Ja, sie schließt. Aber in einer Stadt in Rom hat mir das System anfangs keine Sicherheit gegeben. Zudem gibt es oben einen Schalter zwischen den Lichtern, mit denen man die Tür öffnen kann. Wenn man diesen unbewusst drückt geht die Tür direkt auf. Meine Unsicherheit geht daher, dass wenn jemand den Code sieht/kennt - jeder ohne Probleme Zutritt hat. Zudem gibt es direkt gegenüber eine Tür - die angeblich ein Wäscheschrank sein soll. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher. Was ich betonen will, uns ist nichts passiert. Und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Sicherheit war für mich erst mal Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Leute die nur bei Stille schlafen können - die Klimaanlage macht immer wieder laute Geräusche.
