Love the location and the view by the pool. The breakfast was excellent. The bar was only open till 7:00 p.m. it would be nice if it stayed open till 9:00 pm. The pool wasn't heated a little too cold to go in. The gate wasn't open when we had to leave at 7: 30pm so we had to pull our luggage on a rough road. We also had difficulty calling the front office to let them know our questions. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked though. The location was really nice and close to Sorrento.

Views from the hotel and pool were amazing. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were lovely, even drove us up the hill to the bus stop with our cases on check out. The premises are covered in beautiful flowers and the hotel is just down the road from a bus stop.
There was a water outage in the area which meant no running water for a couple of days but the hotel made sure to keep us supplied with lots of bottled water so we had water to drink and clean ourselves.
Would love to return. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
