I had everything sorted over Whatsapp from checkin to getting into the room, entrances are digitalised. You can park in the piazza and entrance is from the cloister with rooms found on first floor.
Loved that the room must have been once the living space for a monk/friar, it shows in the architecture as well.
Very good amenities.
you can go down to the piazza adn watch old men play games under the tree shade. If you want night life you need to drive to other towns.

Ability to switch rooms: The user was ultimately able to change rooms, which is a positive outcome for a negative situation.
1) The pictures did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation, with everything looking older than depicted.
2) Unsatisfactory Bathroom:
- The bathroom specifically looked nice in photos but was disappointing in reality.
- Low water pressure in the shower.
- Old and unreplaced shower head.
3) Presence of ants in the bath room.
4) Not good value for money: I paid €100 per night, but felt the true value, considering the issues, was closer to €50-60 per night for the region in Italy.
