Unkomplizierter Check-In und Schlüsselmanagement über App
Kurz vorher wurde noch angekündigt ein Zimmer mit Spreeblick stehe bereit, jedoch wurde es ein Zimmer im 1.OG ohne Blick auf die Spree, da die Berliner Mauer noch zu hoch war. Außerdem war es durch die stark befahrene Straße sehr laut.

Rymligt och fräscht rum. Allt man behöver för en weekend. Själv incheck, ingen reception eller nått. Enkelt att komma in med hjälp av telefonen.
Det var lite varmt, ingen Air-con, fanns en liten fläkt på runnet jag hade i fönstert för att få in luft. House keeping knackade förbrilt på dörren vid 08:30 på utcheckningsdagen, och jag fick öppna och säga att jag checkar ut vid 11

Good location, nice room once I was upgraded
The fact there’s no staff site means if there’s any issues like I had with my original room, or losing some personal items during the move to the new room, there’s no one you can just go to and ask for help. They have an AI bot that hijacks every WhatsApp conversation, they don’t have any message history between conversations, so it becomes really hard and stressful to resolve issues when they happen.
