The location was perfect for our needs, Rooms were clean and tidy a very nice place to stay.

LOUD.

The flat itself is lovely - clean and tidy, with plenty of space for everyone. There are games to play, books, several tvs and a playstation. We didn't do a great deal of cooking, but the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, crockery and necessities. The location of the flat is central to the town and would make a great base if you don't need to sleep during your stay.

We were unaware upon booking that the flat is above a 'pub' which has licenced to stay open until 3am, meaning that not much sleep was gained as we were were essentially above a nightclub. Due to the age of the building, the windows did very little to block any noise and the beat could be felt through the floor. This detail is not mentioned in the listing for this booking and there are no photos of the outside of the building - had we been aware, we would likely not have booked.

Very spacious and quirky apartment situated above a pub in the centre of town. Super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area. Hosts super friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend kookaburra lodge to anyone who wishes to stay in a central location close to all amenities.

Be mindful that it is in the town centre and above a pub, therefore it can get noisy at times.

Great stay. Great location. Great accommodation.

Very spacious & well equipped. Could easily fit 3 couples or a large family. Some nice touches, like plenty of tea & coffee, numerous games, even a X-Box!

Only reason didn’t give 10 stars was the limited parking, but the car park is only a couple of minutes away. Having said that, you couldn’t get a more central location to enjoy Brecon.

Decent location, nice spacious flat, warm and comfortable.

'Some noise on weekends' from the pub below it says in the blurb......make that a 1.30/2am music finish on Thursday & Friday with booming bass making sleep impossible!
