Colazione buona , posizione un po' lontano dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con il pullman

Si trova in una posizione comoda, non è al centro ed è in una zona tranquilla, a 15 min c'è la stazione del treno e il Lidl.
Le camere sono ampie e pulite.
Materasso e cuscini comodissimi.
La sala in comune con la cucina è dotata di molte cose utili anche, come pellicole, sacchetti, carta d'alluminio...
Comodo anche che c'era a disposizione un ombrellone.
La colazione offriva poca scelta e quantità, c'erano o fette biscottate con la marmellata o un plumcake confezionato o una brioche confezionata. Una al giorno per persona.
Da bere c'era caffè, un succo di frutta a testa o tisane e the. No latte, no biscotti, no tortine, no Nutella da splalmare, no yogurt e cereali e niente di salato...
Essendoci il Lidl vicino la colazione ce la andavamo a comprare noi lì, peccato perché doveva essere inclusa...
Il bagnoschiuma era praticamente acqua, troppo mischiato e inutilizzabile per lavarsi.

Amazing hosts, pretty good facilities, clean, so much attention on small details that made the stay super home-like.
Even though the water heater broke down, they tried their best to fix it asap and even gave us mozzarellas as a nice apology gesture. Really kind and caring people!! Loved the place.
Little far away and the neighborhood can get sketchy at night.

On the positive side, the apartment was very clean, the bathroom was nice, the air conditioning worked great (a lifesaver in August), and the location was convenient but quiet, with a lovely park, Lidl, bus stop and gelateria close by.
I would rate our stay 5/10, mainly because of three big disappointments: the misleading “family apartment,” the poor breakfast, and the lack of communication.
Before arriving, I had messaged the property weeks in advance requesting a specific room but never received any reply. Even a simple “sorry, it’s not available” would have been fine, but silence felt rude and unprofessional. Communication during the stay was also confusing. At one point, I was mistakenly asked to pay another guest’s city tax. Later, when we needed towels, the staff was kind and helpful once I asked, but for a 6-day stay towel replacement should really happen automatically or at least be offered two towels and one small face towel per person are fine for a short stay, but not nearly enough in August heat.
The “family apartment” was the biggest disappointment. We expected a proper family setup, but instead it turned out to be a regular flat divided into three units with paper-thin walls and a “shared kitchen” where cooking wasn’t allowed. This was very misleading. You can hear everything from other guests : conversations, footsteps, and doors opening and closing which made resting difficult. And while there is a fridge, kettle, microwave, and freezer, the ban on cooking made the kitchen nearly pointless. Guests were clearly frustrated. I even saw someone trying to boil eggs in the microwave. If cooking isn’t allowed, it should not be promoted as a kitchen.
Breakfast was another major letdown. It consisted of packaged crackers, a croissant, a small cake, jam, juice, and milk. No fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, cheese, or ham. When I asked if it would change, they said no, but offered cold cuts. We politely declined, partly because we were worried it might come with an extra charge. Either way, it wasn’t what we expected from “breakfast included,” and we ended up shopping at Lidl nearby to have something proper in the mornings.
