Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Fantastic position for exploring Bude. Short walk to the beach, sea pool, canal and coastal path. Convenient on road parking and close to good places to eat. Lovely welcome pack from the owners and clear and helpful communication from them before and during the stay.

The communication from the owners was excellent. We felt so welcomed even before we got there. During the stay, they checked in on us and helped us with a couple of questions. Couldn't be happier with the service and support. It was clean, cosy, relaxed, and homely. Beds so comfy and facilities and provisons were above expection. We will definitely be rebooking. Thank you both so much
