Remote, quiet, tranquil, serene
Hard to find the restaurant at times. More signage would be good. Checking in at night was difficult and little instruction was given around lighting and opening and closing of sliding walls/ doors

Truly a gorgeous property in a beautiful and remote part of the coast. Even during off season and being the only guest at times, it was a great place to recharge and reflect.
The concierge was very nice, but after arriving, I didn’t see them again and they were not very responsive during my stay. There was also a misunderstanding with the restaurant menu. I think there could be more clarity for those that don’t speak Spanish. Also, even though I was the only guest, I didn’t have help with my luggage in a timely manner when my taxi arrived, which was a frustrating way to end my stay.

La tranquilidad, privacidad, el entorno, el diseño, que todo está pensado para ofrecer comodidad. El personal súper amable, especialmente Maricela.

The setting is undeniably beautiful, but overall the experience didn’t match the very high price
Restaurant overpriced, there is no menu with prices, you have to ask prices, bad directions to arrive and no signal to communicate with the hotel
