Pool Heat (Optional)

★ Cost: $40 + processing fee per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days)
★ Temperature will not exceed 95°F and must be requested 48 hours in advance
★ The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the same temperature as the pool

BBQ Rental (Optional)

★ Cost: $80 + processing fee for the duration of your stay (includes cleaning and propane refill)

Housekeeping

★ The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with clean sheets and towels available
★ Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee

Pet Policy

★ One dog under 25 lbs is allowed for stays of 3 nights or longer, with prior authorization
★ A pet fee applies, covering a deep cleaning performed after each stay with a pet
