Not suited for tourists who want a comfy stay/travel lifestyle

Sorry, hard to say that we liked anything as tourists about this hotel/location.

Horrible location for tourists who do not own or rent a motorbike. Hidden away inside many small alleyways, taxi's aren't able to pick you up => you have to walk outside for about 500+ meters, also through a busy busy narrow market place ( which you also go through with your suitcases! )

be careful with what you read

It is self-contained, so you have privacy; the price was okay, and I have stayed in better places for cheaper in the area. The place has a filter water tap on the ground floor. The room was small, but I was solo, so it was okay for me. If you are a couple, you may struggle for space. The location is 30 mins away D1. The gentleman who checked me in doesn't speak much English, so please download a translation app to help him and you communicate. For payment, you need cash or a Vietnamese card and app. This was not told to me at booking.

You can get a car to the location, so if you have luggage like I did, you will be walking for at least 10 minutes. This was not told to me when I booked. You can get through with a grab bike. I didn't feel safe, so I never went out after 8 pm. I had food delivered. They have tried to charge me for damages. I used a towel, and I am dark skinned; they told me they couldn't use the towel again because of damages and wanted to charge my card 200.000. This means they are not washing the towels as they could and use them again, but because I am darkly skinned, as I washed my make-up off, they are staying damaged. I also used a towel to wipe up some coke I spilt, as there were no tissues in the room. I have reported this to booking.com, but not sure if they have received the comments and photos. I am unsure what will happen next as the hotel has my card details, and I haven't been able to speak to booking.com directly. I was disappointed

Quá thất vọng

Chuyện là mình cần đặt phòng cho bạn mình vào Mình book dùm bạn mình, trên Booking hiển thị 14:00 thì phòng sẽ sẵn sàng, nhưng bạn mình đến khách sạn lúc 16h thì phòng vẫn đang cho khách khác thuê. Mình có liên hệ qua zalo fanpage của KS thì bạn admin bảo là sẽ sắp sếp phòng sớm, nhưng thực tế bạn mình phải chờ thêm 1 tiếng để được nhận phòng. Mình có trao đổi với admin về vấn đề mình muốn được bù lại 3 tiếng không phụ thu vì khách sạn đã hoạt động kinh doanh thu lợi nhuận từ 3 tiếng đó của bạn mình (14:00-17:00), nhưng admin lại nói là do phòng ngày mai đã được book hết nên không thể xử lý theo hướng của mình và hướng xử lí của KS đó là giảm 10% cho lần đặt sau. Đến đây mình đã quá thất vọng về cách xử lý của KS, nên mình cũng không thèm đôi co nữa. Nhưng cho đến hôm nay, mình nhận được cuộc gọi từ tổng đài CSKH của Cozum với lý do là bạn mình làm hư dao ở KS và yêu cầu bạn mình phải thanh toán tổn thất là 50k. Mình có ib hỏi bạn mình xác nhận là không có sử dụng dao và cũng không làm hư dao của KS, và mình cũng biết thêm được thông tin là bạn mình đã quyết định book thêm 1 ngày nữa tại KS đó và khách sạn vẫn duyệt cho book và lấy giá full ngày (hơn 500k) Vậy trước đó bạn admin bảo full phòng, không thể hỗ trợ ở thêm 3 tiếng không phụ thu là ntn & voucher giảm giá 10% cho lần đặt tiếp theo của bạn sao lại không được áp dụng như bạn nói? Bạn mình đã có trải nghiệm thực sự đáng thật vọng tại khách sạn này & dịch vụ cskh của Cozum thực sự quá tệ. Mình sẽ không bao giờ sử dụng dịch vụ từ Cozum thêm lần nào nữa!
