My second time here, it did not disappoint again! Owner is very thoughtful. Great hospitality! You have everything you would need in the apartment. Everythings is cute :) I would stay there again if I come to kyoto again!

Emplacement très calme. Voisin sympa.
Métro et bus proche.
Très bien équipé.
Absence d'une aération/Vmc dans le salon-chambre. Obligé d'utiliser ceux de la buanderie et salle de bain.
Déçu de ne pas avoir eu la chambre 1F avec l'extérieur. Avec 2 grosses valises, l'escalier est étroit.
Ma femme a eu quelques boutons d'allergie mais on ne sait pas si le logement est en cause car moi je n'ai rien.

Perfect for what we were looking for in our stay in Kyoto. Easily accessible location close to the bus lines and train, laundry machine to keep our light packed clothes clean, and a great bath to end the day with. The overall room was rather small, but if you are looking for a good hub / base of operations as you go out to see all the incredible things Kyoto has to offer, then it is perfect.
Nothing that didn't match what was described by the property! If you look through and expect a large room or something different then you might not love it.

The property had everything that I needed plus lots of little touches that I did not expect such as toiletries, lovely tea, nice bath products. It was very clean and cosy and a great place to come back to at the end of the day.
