Quiet and peaceful area, close to subway station and within max 20 min of walk to Gion. Big room and spatial toilet and shower. Comfortale beds. Balcony always gives another level of comfort during holiday stay. Free Washing machine. Very nice contact with personel through Line app.
Problem during online check-in & only one active channel for communication which worked — Line. However reply was fast and very polite.

Gute Lage wenn man gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist, 15min bis GION, Supermarkt in der Nähe, 350m Straße Nijo Dori, Bus 206 zum Bahnhof ganz in der Nähe, aber meist überfüllt
Bei Regen ist Kyoto eher langweilig. Kyoto wir auch überbewertet, da gibt es schönere Städte. Bei Sonnenschein ist alles gut wen man die schönen Gartenanlagen und Tempel findet
Völlig überteuert, bei 2 Personen. Für 4 Personen wäre es allerdings zum eng.
Keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht mal eine einfache Filtermaschine für 5.000 Yen und das bei einem Übernachtungspreis von über 35.000 Yen
Keine Mückenfenster, die sind auch im Oktober noch sehr aktiv, man muss immer alles geschlossen halten. Kein Messer zum Brotschneiden, nur eine Art Hackmesser. Sonst genauso abgezählt 4 Gabeln , 4 Gläser, 4 Teller , alles sehr bescheiden
