The location is very good. Several mins walk to Yumbo centre. Bus stop near front door which brings you to the main beach (1.40 on bus compared to E10 in taxi). Spar across the street. Owner Ray was kind enough to leave a large bottle of water in fridge and toilet and kitchen roll. Has also a small kitchen with cooker top and microwave. Also an iron. Nice pool downstairs, as well as a friendly Italian restaurant.
No air conditioning system. Two fans in wardrobe which can be used. Bedroom can get heated, so main window may need to be kept open also. Keys are kept in a lockbox. I had to get help on both arrival and departure to open it - as the lockbox is at the bottom you have to get on your knees to find the numbers, which can be difficult to see. The light in the area is also on a sensor / the locals living there know you have to clap your hands to get it fully lighting at top strength to help your vision

La ubicación.
Nada que ver con lo que vimos en las fotografías, con la realidad.
Intimidad cero, carece d cortinas.
Colchón incómodo y viejo.
Sofá es igualmente malo.
Carece d aparatos d aire acondicionado. Un ventilador lleno de suciedad y roto, no se podia encender.
