We are a family of 5 sisters connecting from 3 states. We enjoyed the size of kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Plenty of appliances, cooking and crockery to accommodate us. The ducted heating throughout the house was wonderful for the Albury seasonal cold mornings and nights.
The shower has great water pressure. The updated, renovated main bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe was excellent, loads of space.
Maintenance and repairs on the property could have been better. Venetian blinds were quite damaged in most rooms, allowing light into rooms when not needed and gave overall down side to internal visual.
Toilet was rather dated but it looks like attempts to renovate is a work in progress. It as clean though so all good.
The exterior outdoor entertaining area was overrun by weeks, if not months of leaves and large tree blossom droppings. I had to sweep the area a few times to stop too much of the debris being walked into the house.
Insufficient towels were available for 5 adults for 6 days as we only had one towel each. However I did locate 5 more towels from the cleaners stock to cater for our needs. Thanks for that.

The tiled areas were dirty couldn't walk around without shoes on .shower in the main bedroom wouldn't stop dripping, black mould in bottom of the shower. Most windows had broken blinds and the hanging cords are a dangerous hazard.
Broken lamp shades in back bedrooms and in the main lounge.
Linen was appalling...stained face washers( unusable) ,
Outside was a disgrace , gardening needs100% attention,constant waterfall running off neighbouring roof, no hot water in showers after 2 uses , 3rd misses out .
Was a great disappointment. Not worth the $$
