This hotel is very elegant and extremely comfortable with a central location, that was very clean. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is continental style, with a select but delicious range of foods. Gluten free was well catered for. The space for dining is very roomy and comfortable. Very quiet rooms. I have to comment again on the staff - excellent from front of house prior to arrival, housekeeping, and porter service.

The evening restaurant is quite disappointing. It is basically bar food at an (expensive) restaurant price with a little jazzing up. As this seems to be a recent change, it is something that really needs to be looked at. Service was fine, quality of food was fine, but the menu was poor, and unfortunately I didn't realise this until it was too late to find somewhere else. I could not recommend this for an evening meal (even as bar food). Go elsewhere, anywhere else in Beaune, for your evening meal.

מיקום מאוד מרכזי. אטימה טובה של החלונות ולא היה רעש. אדיבות הצוות. ארוחת בוקר בסדר בחדר אוכל מיוחד עם תקרת זכוכית. יש להם שירות חניה. מבנה עתיק ויפה.

לקחנו את החדר היקר ביותר. היחיד שיש לו מרפסת. היא כל כך קטנה שאפילו לא ניתן היה לשים בה שמשיה ולכן אפשר היה להשתמש בה רק בערב. החדר קטנטן. אין מספיק משטחים לשים חפצים. למרפסת יוצאים מחדר האמבטיה. מיקום מאוד מוזר. אין דלת בין חדר האמבטיה לחדר. יש מסדרון קטן. אנחנו זוג. חיכה לנו מאפין אחד על השולחן עם סכין ומזלג אחד. אם עושים משהו יפה אז עד הסוף. המיני בר חינם ומה שהיה בו 2 בקבוקי מים ו2 בקבוקי מיץ. אם רוצים אומלט בארוחת בוקר זה 9 יורו לאדם.
