I loved the rooms and how everything was clean and organised.

I loved the room we stayed in, it was spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice
The pictures of the room showed carpet but the room we got didn’t have any which was a bit annoying. Coming out of the bathroom onto a cold wooden floor wasn’t ideal.
It was also quite a drive to the Haram and we easily spent £20+ on taxis when it was busy. The shuttle took forever to leave once everyone had boarded and the same happened when picking us up. It also drops you off at a location where you still have to walk another 10 minutes to reach the Haram.
What we were extremely disappointed with was the breakfast. There was hardly anything to eat, just bread, boiled eggs, cereal, omelette and coffee. There was no variety at all. Because it was Ramada, I expected the breakfast to be much better. We only ate breakfast at the hotel on one day and for the rest of our stay, we had to pay for breakfast at another hotel in the Clock Tower.

Location is somehow not far away from the masjid and facility is clean and decent but with very outdated equipment.
The hotel doesn’t have a Porte cochère nor a parking. Imagine check-in and thinking about fines you have to pay after. Not really common. I traveled the world and this is the first time i encountered this issue in the hospitality industry.
