More frequent shuttle busses would make it even better.

I would like to begin by giving my sincere and special thanks to Amer, who gave me an exceptionally warm welcome from the moment I arrived. He was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. I truly appreciated his effort in providing me with a quiet room, which was very important to me because the purpose of my visit was to perform Umrah while also working remotely. His understanding and thoughtful assistance made a significant difference to my stay. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Nariman and Doaa, who made the booking process very smooth and convenient through the phone before my arrival at the hotel. Their cooperation, patience, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. A special thank you as well to Ghadee for her kind and friendly attitude and for the excellent way she treated me throughout my stay. Her positive attitude truly added to my experience. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their efficiency and for completing the room cleaning so quickly whenever needed. Their hard work and attention to service were highly appreciated. My thanks also go to Raqeeb, one of the restaurant staff, for his warm welcome and friendly attitude. He always made me feel welcomed whenever I visited the restaurant. Overall, my experience at Three Pearls Musalli Hotel was excellent. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality and the wonderful attitude of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah and looking for a comfortable place with a professional and caring team. staff is unprofessional. they're refusing to give us water bottles and to switch iftar and suhoor meals during ramadan even tho theyvare at the same exact price.
