Very disappointing experience — completely unreliable and unprofessional host.

I booked an apartment through Booking and tried to contact the host several times before arrival, but never received any response. On the day we arrived, we came to the address from the booking confirmation, and the reception staff contacted the host for us. After that, we were told that there was no apartment available for us. We explained that our reservation was confirmed on Booking, showed the booking number and confirmation code, but they told us that they supposedly do not work with Booking and that the host had declined the reservation. The problem is that we never received any cancellation notice — the reservation status in Booking still shows “Confirmed,” and the host never informed us about any issue in advance. As a result, we were left in a foreign country with suitcases, forced to urgently search for another place to stay. Very unreliable host and terrible customer service. Be careful when booking this property.

Terrible, it took 2 hours and Booking.com to finally checkin and it turned out to be a one bed not 2

Konum güzel.. Otomobil için çok iyi ,kapalı alanda park edebilmek iyiydi. Kafamız rahattı.

Kombi bozuktu sıcak suyumuz yoktu. Resepsiyon daki hanım yardımcı olmaya çalıştı teknik servisi kapıya getirdi ama teknteknik sevis çözüm odaklı değildi.. Wifi şifresi ni defalarca istedik vermediler.. 4 kişi rezervasyon yapıldı Ama yatacak yer 3 kişilikti. Mesajınıza cevap alamadık
