Not very good location. New furnishing. Good access. Dirty floor, otherwise clean.

Good access procedure. Good beds New equipment

Check-in was scheduled from 4 pm. We arrived at 6 pm. After opening of the door we were welcomed with a hill of dirty bedding. The surprised staff expected us to change the bedding ourselves (same as in adjacent flat), which we refused. After he finished his work, we found out the floor is very dirty. Also three used (not full) rolls of toilet paper for four nights for four persons seems to me insufficient. After our claim, we were assured it will be added, however nothing happened.

Not worth the money.

Size of the apartment.

Late check-in, they did not let us check-in eary even when the apartment was ready. Apartment is not well maintained and cleaned. Not worth the money.

8 / 10

Spacious and very pleasant apartment.

A large, well-appointed space. The apartment is clean and well-prepared for guests. There are some typical signs of wear and tear on the walls, floors, etc. The host agreed to let us drop off our luggage early, which is a big plus in our book.

I’m not a fan of having deposits blocked on credit cards, as I never quite know what to expect and am left at the mercy of the owner—since they can always find some reason to take issue with something. That said, from what I’ve observed, this is a common practice in Spain.

Really good, clean apartment with nice patio

We really enjoyed our stay! The building and apartment are lovely, and the apartment is bright, clean, and well-equipped. We felt right at home. The rooftop balcony with a patio was a really nice bonus. The area felt safe, and there’s a large 24-hour supermarket and a metro station just a 13-minute walk away. The metro goes straight to the city centre, which is very convenient. We would definitely recommend this place!

We were happy with the location and think it’s worth mentioning that everyone can check the address on a map before booking to see if it suits their needs. We came back to the apartment at 2 a.m. after a concert and felt perfectly safe in the area.
