The kind staff and the facilities
The only thing I didn’t like was that I felt a little uncomfortable when the host/greeter and the bellman came into the room with us to explain everything about our stay. At that moment, I just wanted to freshen up, rest, and have some privacy. In my opinion, it felt a little too invasive.
