We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to George, who was extremely communicative and helpful (he even helped us arrange a taxi.) The location truly couldn't be better. We were right next to the old town streets, surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the bus stop, which made it super easy to book tours around Crete. Everything felt clean, well-kept, and perfectly located. Highly recommend Copal

Very new, modern and super clean room located in the historic center of Chania. The hosts were very hospitable and offered help whenever needed. An exceptional stay, would definitely recommend!
