Huisje is rustig gelegen aan het einde van een doodlopende straat. Buiten kan terras met zitmeubilair gebruikt worden. Terras is beveiligd met hek met code. Moderne en volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Fijne opbergruimte in hal. Goede service (zoals handdoeken, toiletpapier, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, zelfs wasmachine en strijkijzer).
Bed is een uittrekbare zit/slaapbank. Hou daar wel rekening mee als je veel slaapcomfort zoekt. Toilet gaf wat stankoverlast (waarschijnlijk riolering). Door regelmatig openzetten van het raam in de hal opgelost. Doorgegeven aan beheerder.

Dans l’ensembles général l’appartement est bon un peu petit mais fait très bien l’affaire
Certaines lattes de lit était cassés et le genre de volet le tenais pas ouvert mais sinon rien à dire !

It has the necessary appliances like kitchen, pots and pans, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and smart TV. The space is small, somewhat cozy and habitable for two people. The location is peaceful, residential and beautiful, with convenience stores nearby. Rer B train is 10-15 minutes away, 45/30 minutes away from the centre. The instructions from the host were clear.
The worst thing by far were the mosquitos. The first night we didn't sleep until 3am, we must have killed 8 or so. The next days we kept the windows closed but they were still there, must have come from the bathroom drains. The bed when pulled out for 2 people was very uncomfortable, the mattresses were very thin and some of the bed base boards were missing, so your back would sink. We were unsure the sheets on the sofa bed had been washed. There were oil stains on it, since the table is so small someone had eaten on the bed and the sheets were stained. Both my partner and I got an allergic reaction to the sheets/the duvet, very itchy. One of the walls had massive humidity problems, the wallpaper was peeling away. Overall slightly icky, specially for 80€ a night, all these things combined made it uncomfortable.
