EXTERIOR FEATURES Private Pool (15' x 30') - Professionally Maintained, Seasonal Pool Heat Available Upon Request (Additional Fees Apply), 3 Exterior Porches, Paved Parking, Private Beach Walk, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non-Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (One): 1 King 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Queen 3rd Floor (Three): 1 King, 2 Sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, 2 Sets of Twin over Twin Bunks BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (One + One Half): 1 Private, ½ Hall Access 2nd Floor (Three): 2 Private, 1 Jack and Jill 3rd Floor (Two): 1 Private, 1 Shared Access (Full Bath with Hallway Entry) PROPERTY AMENITIES Elevator (To 2nd Floor Only), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Wet Bar/Kitchenette, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
