NO USE OF GARAGE! Owner has 2 cars they leave at all times.
This home has 2 master suites with the main master on one side of the house with a king size bed. The other master with a queen size bed is on the opposite side of the house with an additional 2 guest bedrooms and shared bathroom. There is a living room with plenty of space for entertaining off the kitchen along with a second living/game room with Pool table, air hockey, ping pong and even a shuffleboard table. The lovely pool area overlooks one of Briarwoods many lakes, has lots of outside dining space and even a bumper pool table for added fun.

Beautiful property. Perfect for a family. The community was great for walking and using the park for our visiting grandchildren. Hot tub was easy to use; both the pool and hot tub were comfortable, warm and in perfect working condition. We had everything we needed and within nice distance to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at 1178 Briarwood Ct. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. The house was comfortable and conveniently located. The game.room was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again if available. Pool and hottub were lovely and qe enjoyed using both.

This a clean, comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked and has many small appliances. There are games for all ages and pool and hot tub were a great hit. The beds are comfortable and there are loads of towels. This is a nice home for people of all ages!

The house was nice and so was the location. There were just some issues. The hand book (binder) provided by the owner has some incorrect information in it. It said there was a hot tub remote ( there wasn’t) and we would receive reminder for trash days (we didn’t). The major issue is that the listing of the house is not accurate as to what we received. The pictures are outdated. The master bedroom also does not have a king or queen bed as it says. It 2 twin beds pushed together. In that main master bedroom the fan makes an annoying screeching noise anytime you put it on high and none of the bathroom outlets worked. It also seemed that some of the towels were left dirty due to the towel rule, just all of the dishes being dirty in the cabinets due to the dish washing rule when checking out. Many fan remotes around the house didn’t work, the host was unresponsive for multiple days when messaged, and if you want to play pickle ball or volleyball at the park you have to buy your own supplies. One of the tubs in the hall bathrooms non stop drips and is creating a pink stain in the tub. Lastly even though it’s not a requirement, like most vrbos provide, this one did not provide basic amenities like soap, laundry items, trash bags, paper towels, napkins etc.
