About this house rental
You can almost hear the waves crashing on the beach from this well-presented beach side villa. Just a short walk to gorgeous turquoise waters of Quindalup beach and a picturesque walk along the beach into Dunsborough Town Centre. This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay with friends or family. It has a lovely back deck with a big peppermint tree where you can enjoy dinner on a balmy summer’s night, sipping on some local wine. You walk straight into the open plan living area with a newly renovated kitchen. There is a dining table you can enjoy your breakfast with the family and a good-sized lounge area with smart TV, perfect for snuggling up and watching a movie in the colder months. There are three bedrooms that consist of two queen rooms and a single room. The bathroom is just across the hallway which has a walk-in shower. The property also comes equipped with a laundry so you never need to worry about getting your clothes covered in sand from the beach. Linen & towels are also provided for each stay. Other benefits of this location is it has easy access to Busselton highway so if you fancy a day trip to Busselton or want to go and explore all the local wineries and attractions is so easy to do so.
